About The Position
Infinity Replacement is the dedicated replacement window and door business within the Marvin family, bringing our legacy of craftsmanship directly to homeowners. Through our direct‑to‑consumer model, we deliver premium fiberglass products, personalized in‑home consultations, and professional installation—making the window replacement experience simple, seamless, and satisfying. Looking for more than a sales side gig? This is your launchpad. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll engage shoppers, showcase our premium window and door solutions, and generate qualified leads for our in‑home sales team. Requirements
- An outgoing, confident personality — you enjoy talking to people!
- Reliable transportation to get to retail locations and events
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and comfortably stay on your feet during shifts
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends
- Must be 18 years or older
Responsibilities
- Represent Marvin at retail stores, trade shows, and local events
- Engage with shoppers and spark interest in our premium window and door solutions
- Generate qualified leads by converting conversations into in-home consultation appointments
- Set up and maintain professional, eye-catching displays
