About The Position

Redo Cabinets, a division of Krumwiede Roofing Company Inc., is a leader in the home improvement industry. Family-owned and operated since 1953, we specialize in cabinet refacing and pride ourselves on delivering premium quality and exceptional customer service. The Brand Ambassador will engage with homeowners to generate leads and schedule qualified appointments, serve as a knowledgeable consultant by providing helpful product information, and execute face-to-face marketing campaigns as directed by leadership.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Confident and comfortable engaging with new people
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Previous canvassing or face-to-face marketing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Engage with homeowners to generate leads and schedule qualified appointments
Serve as a knowledgeable consultant by providing helpful product information
Execute face-to-face marketing campaigns as directed by leadership
Represent Redo Cabinets with a positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude
Maintain clean, organized marketing materials at all times
Accurately track and document canvassing activity and results
Maintain a neat, professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards
Attend company meetings and training sessions as required
Perform additional duties as assigned
