About The Position

We are searching for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Brand Ambassador/Sales Representative in the rapidly growing cannabis industry. In this role, you will represent our brand and products, drive sales, and build strong customer relationships across the state of New Jersey . As a crucial member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking industry while promoting the benefits of cannabis-based products to a diverse customer base.

Requirements

  • Prior sales or brand ambassador experience, preferably in cannabis or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for cannabis-based products and their benefits.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer trust and relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of independent work.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various locations throughout the state of New Jersey are required.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends is , as events, promotions, and activations will frequently take place during nights and weekends.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CRM databases and sales platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Represent our brand and products while driving sales and building strong customer relationships.
  • Act as the brand's face, engaging customers and explaining product benefits, usage, and legality.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight product quality and differentiation.
  • Assist with the setup, breakdown, and maintenance of booths, displays, and promotional materials at events, pop-ups, and trade shows.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify leads and pursue new business opportunities through events, retail visits, and networking.
  • Act as a product consultant, guiding customers in selecting appropriate products .
  • Maintain consistent representation of brand values and messaging in all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, materials, and events.
  • Provide market feedback and customer insights to support sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all local and state cannabis laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and inventory using CRM systems.
  • Attend regular training sessions to remain informed on products, compliance, and sales best practices
