About The Position

The Brand Ambassadorshe is responsible for executing on-the-ground sales and marketing activities across the Tri-State region to represent the Summer Discovery brand, generate high-quality leads, and drive enrollment growth. This role is highly executional and externally facing. You will represent Summer Discovery in local communities—at schools, community events, farmers markets, malls, and other high-traffic venues—engaging families, building awareness, and converting interest into qualified leads for our admissions team. This is a part-time ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face environments, enjoys autonomy, and is energized by representing a premium brand in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Summer Discovery at community events, school-related functions, farmers markets, and local activations
  • Conduct in-person outreach and canvassing in high-foot-traffic locations
  • Engage parents and students in warm, informative conversations about Summer Discovery programs
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our offerings and direct interested families into the admissions funnel
  • Build relationships with guidance counselors, school administrators, educational consultants, and youth-serving organizations
  • Support local partnerships that increase brand visibility and lead flow
  • Support planning and execution of school visits, parent info sessions, open houses, and recruitment events
  • Set up and break down tables, signage, and activation materials
  • Distribute approved marketing materials, giveaways, and coffee shop gift cards to drive engagement
  • Capture and submit qualified leads using provided tools (QR codes, mobile forms, CRM inputs)
  • Track activities completed, hours worked, and leads generated
  • Provide qualitative feedback from the field (common questions, objections, reactions)
