About The Position

Looking for a fun job that gets you out of the house and talking to people? This role mixes event marketing and brand ambassador work. If you’re outgoing and energetic, you’ll love this. We’re hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent our company at local events, and in neighborhoods across the San Antonio area.

Requirements

No previous experience necessary. We provide full training!
Positive attitude, good communication skills, and reliability are key.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
Must have a valid driver's license with valid Texas auto insurance.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (e.g., event materials, signage).
Comfortable with prolonged periods of speaking and engaging with the public.
Ability to travel to multiple locations within a workday (retail sites and events).
Must be able to stop, reach, and bend occasionally when setting up booths or materials.
Must be able to report to and work from different assigned locations, which may vary day to day based on business needs.

Nice To Haves

Experience in restoration sales, in home sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
Great for people with experience in: Brand ambassador work, event marketing, promotions, customer service and sales support

Responsibilities

Talk with homeowners
Work at events, shows, festivals, and retail pop-ups
Spark conversations & set appointments (no selling)
Represent the brand with energy + confidence
