About The Position

California Bathrooms is a quickly growing brand in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We offer custom bath remodeling that enriches the lives of those we touch with bathrooms that are attractive, durable and maintenance-free. We are seeking Brand Ambassadors for our San Diego markets and surrounding areas to join our winning team. Customer service experience is a plus, as you will be interacting with event attendees, discussing our product and securing sales leads for our team. Hourly pay + bonus based on quality appointments.

Requirements

• Strong communications skills
• Positive, outgoing personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Travel to booked shows/events (must have reliable transportation) and Home Deport stores
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• Available to work weekends

Responsibilities

• Attract visitors and staff booth at shows and events, and at our Home Depot store locations
• Promote product and provide basic product overviews to attendees
• Book appointments
• Maintain a professional appearance throughout event
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of booth
• Engage with passers-by to draw them into the booth
• Explain basic product features and benefits
• Secure entry forms or book in home sales appointments
• Collect daily leads and provide to Event Coordinator
