About The Position

Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) believes that enjoying a well-crafted brew is an experience best shared with friends. Their goal is to deliver memorable beverage moments to drinkers, whether at home, in a bar, or on a brewery tour. The Brand Ambassador will represent RBC's family of brands to increase awareness and build the customer base through events and promotions. This individual will be responsible for executing events, which includes transporting materials and supplies, setting up and tearing down displays, providing product samples and merchandise, engaging with customers and potential customers, answering questions about products, and providing an overall positive Resurgence experience. This is a part-time position with required evening and weekend availability based on event scheduling.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver License to travel to off-site locations
• Flexibility
• Personable attitude to interact with customers/guests
• Ability to be standing/on your feet for long periods of time
• Reliable, attentive to schedule
• Professional appearance; able to build relationships with customers and partners
• Organized and able to work independently
• Must be of state legal age to serve alcohol in your respective state

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a hospitality or brand advocacy role desired

Responsibilities

• Represent the family of brands to increase awareness and build the customer base through events and promotions

• Engage with customers/potential customers and answer questions about products
• Provide an overall FU Awesome Resurgence experience
