About The Position

Transformative Marketing Services is looking for a full-time Brand Ambassador to bring Bardstown Bourbon Company and Green River Whiskey to life across the Miami / Ft. Lauderdale market. This role is equal parts relationship-builder, storyteller, and operator. You will be the local face of two distinct American whiskey brands: Bardstown Bourbon Company, a leader in innovation within the bourbon category, and Green River Whiskey, a true heritage brand with deep Kentucky roots. Working hand-in-hand with bartenders, on-premise accounts, distributor partners, and consumers, you’ll build awareness, drive trial, and create meaningful brand moments where it matters most. Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in CPG, preferably within beverage alcohol
  • Strong understanding of the on-premise trade channel; bartender or hospitality experience is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of bourbon and whiskey (or a clear passion and willingness to deepen expertise)
  • Confident public speaker with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving market
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage programs, resources, and budgets
  • Comfortable working late nights and weekends as required by the role
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the expert voice for Bardstown Bourbon Company and Green River Whiskey in your market, with deep knowledge of the brands, category, and competitive landscape
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with on-premise accounts, bartenders, and key trade influencers
  • Partner closely with distributor sales teams and commercial managers to: Increase points of distribution Secure menu placements and featured cocktails Support on-premise sales efforts with education and activation
  • Plan, execute, and staff localized brand activations, including trade events, consumer tastings, dinners, and industry moments
  • Deliver engaging brand, cocktail, and category education to trade, distributor teams, and consumers
  • Act as a local liaison to industry organizations and communities, including bartender guilds and hospitality networks
  • Support brand storytelling through social and digital activations, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders
  • Capture and report market insights, program results, and event recaps in a timely and organized manner

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $70,000
  • Annual Bonus: Up to 10% of base salary
