About The Position

Uniti is seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and engaging Brand Ambassador to represent our brand in the your community. As the face of Uniti, you will play a key role in building brand awareness, engaging with local businesses, and promoting our telecommunications products and services. You will connect with business owners, coordinate grassroots marketing initiatives, and represent Uniti at networking events, community activities, and other brand-building opportunities. This flexible, part-time position is ideal for someone who thrives on making connections, enjoys being active in the community, and has strong communication skills. In addition to driving customer engagement and strengthening brand loyalty, you will also be responsible for gathering key business data during visits to buildings on our network, such as business names, contact information, and tenant details.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in marketing, brand representation, or community engagement is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing personality.
  • Ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable using social media to promote brand initiatives.
  • Passion for technology and telecommunications products.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a visible and enthusiastic representative of the Uniti brand in the business community.
  • Engage with local businesses to introduce our telecommunications services, distribute promotional materials, and build lasting relationships.
  • Educate potential and existing customers about our products and services, including internet packages and promotions.
  • Identify and pursue sponsorships, partnerships, and event opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Plan, promote, and manage pop-up events to drive engagement.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits through in-person interactions, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Gather and report market insights, tenant data, and customer feedback to help refine outreach and marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align local efforts with the overall brand strategy.
  • Meet or exceed engagement and outreach targets, contributing to customer acquisition and brand loyalty.
