Your primary responsibility is engaging homeowners and setting qualified appointments for our sales team. Requirements

  • Strong communicator
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and performance-driven
  • Reliable transportation and availability for events
  • Experience in customer service, brand ambassador work, event marketing, promotions, canvassing, or entry-level sales is helpful but not required. We provide a structured training program designed for success.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (e.g., event materials, signage).
  • Comfortable with prolonged periods of speaking and engaging with the public.
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations within a workday (retail sites and events).
  • Must be able to stop, reach, and bend occasionally when setting up booths or materials.
  • Must be able to report to and work from different assigned locations, which may vary day to day based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate conversations with homeowners at retail locations, shows and events that create interest and build trust
  • Represent the Expo brand with professionalism, confidence, and energy
  • Create interest with homeowners and secure qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Meet and exceed weekly appointment setting goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
