About The Position

We are seeking a Brand Ambassador / Business Development Representative to serve as a high-visibility, relationship-focused representative of the company. This role emphasizes client engagement, brand presence, communication, and event support across Florida and select national markets. You will represent the company at trade shows, chamber events, client meetings, product demos, and industry functions. Your responsibilities include managing ongoing client touchpoints, delivering lunch-and-learns, maintaining professional relationships, and ensuring the brand is presented with polish and consistency.

Requirements

Proven ability to build strong, long-term client relationships.
At least 3 years of experience in Customer Care, Account Management, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - ideally non-commissioned roles.
Highly organized with 3+ years of experience in a role requiring national travel.
Confidence in presenting, hosting events, and speaking publicly.
Polished, professional communication (email, in-person, and phone).
Ability to independently represent the organization at events, trade shows, and client visits.

Nice To Haves

Experience with chamber of commerce or industry association engagement.
Experience in field marketing, customer success, or community relations.
Exposure to security, construction, or government agency environments.
Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.
Warm, personable, and confident interpersonal style.
Ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences without using scripts.
