About The Position
We are hiring enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Brand Ambassadors. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to start a career in brand marketing, event promotions, customer engagement, and experiential marketing. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training, mentorship, and hands-on experience from day one. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent national brands at live events, promotional activations, and experiential marketing campaigns, helping increase brand awareness and engage directly with customers.
Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; interest in marketing or promotions preferred
Nice To Haves
- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or events is a plus—but not required.
Responsibilities
- Represent client brands with professional, enthusiastic, and consistent messaging
- Engage directly with customers at live events, pop-up activations, and experiential campaigns
- Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with fellow Brand Ambassadors and marketing teams to achieve campaign goals
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional presence at all events
