Brand Ambassador – Entry Level | Paid Training
About The Position
We’re seeking outgoing, energetic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Brand Ambassadors. In this role, you’ll represent nonprofit partners and socially responsible brands at community events, pop-ups, and outreach campaigns. No experience required —paid training is provided from day one. This is a perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, promotions, and public engagement . About the Role As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of client campaigns , building awareness, sparking conversations, and creating positive experiences for attendees. This role is ideal for friendly, people-focused candidates who thrive in fast-paced, interactive environments .
Requirements
- No experience required—we value attitude, communication skills, and coachability
- Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Are outgoing, friendly, and comfortable speaking with the public
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Are dependable, coachable, and team-oriented
- Enjoy interactive, people-facing roles
- Can work occasional evenings or weekends
- Are motivated to grow into leadership or management roles
Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit organizations and ethical brands at events and outreach locations
- Greet and engage community members in face-to-face conversations
- Share campaign information and answer questions
- Support event setup, booth staging, and promotional displays
- Assist with donor engagement, lead generation, and supporter sign-ups
- Maintain a professional, upbeat presence throughout events
- Track basic event metrics and provide feedback to leadership
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure strong campaign performance
