The Brand Ambassador role involves interacting with customers face-to-face in big box retail stores and events to promote products, represent the brand with confidence and professionalism, generate interest, and help customers arrange free in-home consultations for home renovation services. This position also requires setting appointments and collaborating with a high-performing team to meet daily and weekly goals.
