Requirements

  • Spanish fluency is required
  • One year of sales or customer service experience
  • Ability to work on a tablet or iPad. We provide training.
  • Available to work from 9:30 am - 8:30 pm, 4 days a week Monday, Tuesday Wednasday, Thursday. Or 3 day Weekends Friday, Saturday And Sunday
  • Able and willing to stand at a table for several hours at a time

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working a trade show/ event/ sponsorship table is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Be the friendly first impression at Costco—greet shoppers, build quick rapport, and book in-home design appointments.
  • Set up and maintain a neat, compliant in-store booth; keep a calm, respectful tone in every interaction.
  • Qualify homeowners and schedule 4–5 appointments per day using an iPad.
  • Capture accurate lead data and notes in the CRM the same day to support designer show/close rates.
  • Partner with appointment setters/designers to coordinate calendars and protect show rates.
