Position Summary We’re looking for someone to work part time, flexible hours with our team at Mashgin to promote our new technology around Westborough, MA. You will be responsible for showing people how to use Mashgin’s Touchless Checkout System, and debugging any issues that arise along the way. If you are excited about innovative computer vision and A.I. technologies, if you enjoy solving technology problems, and if you are great with empathizing with humans who are learning new technologies - this role is for you! This role will last for 2-4 months, is a part time contractor role, time-off during holidays, and has flexible hours! The pay is $22 per hour.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service or customer success
  • Relentlessly resourceful and can solve problems never encountered before
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable transportation to and from onsite locations in Westborough, MA

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of IT Helpdesk or tech repair experience
  • Self-starter who is comfortable getting the job done without much assistance

Responsibilities

  • Onsite at a location in Westborough, MA that is launching Mashgin's latest product
  • Training computer vision models for image recognition
  • Getting customers to try our touchless checkout technology instead of standing in long checkout lines
  • Interacting with customers to teach them how to use touchless checkout
  • Ensuring a good user experience with Mashgin's technology
  • Interacting with Mashgin's engineering team to discuss any common problems that arise related to computer vision or user experience
  • Debugging any issues that arise along the way
