About The Position

Brewco Marketing Group is looking to add several hardworking, outgoing and personable Brand Ambassadors to our nationwide ZYN Nicotine Pouch tour. This role offers the opportunity to travel to various locations, engage with diverse audiences and build brand awareness. You’ll work hard, develop meaningful connections and create impactful experiences while adhering to industry guidelines and promoting responsible product usage. Program Overview: W2 position- paid biweekly via direct deposit Fly in/ fly out: airfare & lodging provided. Airport parking/ rideshare & luggage fees reimbursed Work a wide variety of events, included but not limited to: music festivals, NASCAR, NHRA, tradeshows, outdoorsmen expos, F1 races Sell popular nicotine product at a reduced rate (compared to retail) Rate: $27/ hour when working activation space $13.50 / hour when traveling to/ from event location 30-minute unpaid break required for every 5.0 hours worked Uniform: White branded polo provided. Navy shorts/ skorts and white sneakers must be purchased at personal expense

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 24 years old
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and have satisfactory motor vehicle record results (ran by company)
  • Background check (paid by company)
  • Drug screening (paid by company/ marijuana exempt)

Responsibilities

  • Travel responsibly- making all provided flights on time
  • Provide friendly and inviting interactions with consumers as they enter the activation footprint
  • Learn specific product information and be efficient in advising consumers on the product description and how to use
  • Collect consumer data, as requested by client, at time of sale
  • Assist in general activation operations such as: cleaning workspace, keeping monetary drawer, organizing incentives for consumers
