About The Position

Fierce Staffing is seeking enthusiastic and energetic Brand Ambassadors to join the League One Volleyball (LOVB) Hospitality Team. This premier volleyball event brings together elite athletes, families, coaches, and fans for a multi-day competition and VIP hospitality experience.
This role requires individuals who are customer-focused, adaptable, and able to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced, high-visibility sports environment.

Requirements

• Availability on game days with reliable transportation to and from the venue.
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous promotional, hospitality, or brand ambassador experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support on-site event operations and overall attendee flow
• Assist with registration, credential distribution, and wayfinding
• Provide courteous, professional assistance to athletes, families, and guests
• Support session scanning and access control as directed
• Maintain clean, organized event and hospitality areas
• Follow instructions from on-site leadership and Fierce Staffing supervisors
• Represent the event and Fierce Staffing with professionalism at all times
