Requirements

2+ years of canvassing, lead generation, or direct sales experience
Proven experience supervising or leading a team
Strong communication and leadership skills with a confident, outgoing personality
Ability to inspire others, stay organized, and hold yourself and your team accountable
Comfortable working outdoors and managing field operations

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate a team of brand ambassadors to achieve daily and weekly goals
Walk neighborhoods and engage with homeowners to generate leads and set appointments
Monitor performance, provide feedback, and ensure professionalism in the field
Represent The Third Estimate with integrity, energy, and leadership
