Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in events, promotions, or consumer product marketing—bonus if you've worked in cannabis.
• Magnetic communication skills and a knack for building connections with diverse audiences, from consumers to retail teams.
• A curious, innovative mindset, always seeking new ways to educate, engage, and push the brand forward.
• Unshakable reliability and flexibility for weekend and one weekday shift.
• A genuine passion for cannabis culture, consumer education, and driving the industry's evolution.

Responsibilities

• Represent our cutting-edge product portfolio at events, in-store activations, and community pop-ups with charisma and authenticity.
• Build lasting relationships with retail partners and budtenders, delivering engaging training and sparking brand excitement.
• Capture real-time consumer and competitor insights, turning feedback into actionable ideas to elevate our market presence.
• Execute flawless events and sampling programs, creating memorable experiences that drive trial and loyalty.
• Innovate on the fly, adapting to shifting priorities, new regulations, and emerging trends in a dynamic industry.
