About The Position

As a Brand Ambassador for Michael Kors at Bellevue Square, you will play a crucial role in this mission. This full-time position is designed for individuals who are passionate about retail and eager to connect with customers while promoting a leading brand. The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for driving sales through exceptional customer engagement and sharing in-depth product knowledge to upsell and suggest additional items. You will cultivate a loyal clientele and serve as the expert for the vendor/brand/area you represent, ensuring that customer needs and shopping patterns are effectively communicated to the vendor community. In this role, you will execute top-side Central strategies and maintain regular email contact with the vendor community. Your responsibilities will also include implementing strategic merchandising initiatives to enhance sales for the vendor/brand/area you represent. The position requires a proactive approach to customer service, ensuring that the customer experience is always prioritized. You will act as a liaison between designated vendors and the Customer Experience Manager, ensuring that the sales floor is well-stocked and properly signed for sales and markdowns. Additionally, you will create and implement best practices to drive sales, turn, and gross margin above company averages, while actively planning and leading vendor-sponsored events to increase sales and customer participation.
