About The Position

The Retail Merchandising Representative role at SRS Merchandising involves building relationships with in-store management and acting as a liaison between clients and management. The representative is responsible for completing various merchandising projects accurately and on time, including audits, stocking, inventory, and resets. The position offers flexibility in scheduling, although some resets require specific attendance times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience in retail, merchandising, and/or stocking.
• Problem-solving and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to operate the company app on iOS or Android.
• Current, valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work alone or in a team environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with in-store management.
• Act as a liaison between client and management.
• Complete merchandising projects such as new item cut-ins, audits, stocking, inventory, and resets.
• Set your own schedule for most projects, while adhering to specific dates and times for resets.
• Take photos and report work using the company app.

Benefits

• Pay based on project rates ranging from $14-$17 per hour, with potential for higher rates depending on project complexity.
