About The Position

Job Summary: The PJ Promoter is responsible for the sales and marketing of the Jacuzzi Bath Remodel (JBR) program within Costco Warehouses. This person would work closely with the Home Improvement Consultant (HIC) and Channel Sales Manager to generate quality leads. This person will also drive awareness of the JBR program in the warehouses and attend lead generating events when scheduled. This role is a great opportunity to build and sharpen your sales skills. You’ll gain hands-on experience engaging with customers, representing our brand, and driving interest in our products and services. Requirements

Meets or exceeds established productivity goals by generating quality leads for JBR installation program.
Engages members within the warehouse, introducing them to the JBR program, and pre-qualifying the member and scheduling a free in-home consultation.
Provide accurate product information to the members.
Set-up and break down road show displays and help maintain the selling center with needed brochures and materials.
Ensure the program displays are clean and literature is in stock for members.
Attend Road shows and home shows to promote JBR business to attendees.
Other job duties as assigned by manager.
