About The Position

This individual will represent PSA at trade shows, consumer expos, range events, and other industry gatherings while also traveling to our retail locations to deliver hands-on product training and education to our store teams. The ideal candidate is part sales professional, part educator, and part brand ambassador. This is a high-energy, customer-facing role designed for a firearms enthusiast who thrives in fast-paced environments and is driven to inspire both customers and retail staff with a deep passion for the PSA brand.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with PSA products and brand identity.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills — comfortable in front of crowds and cameras
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a demanding travel schedule
  • Proficiency with standard office and reporting tools (Microsoft Office)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to legally possess and handle firearms in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws

Responsibilities

  • Represent Palmetto State Armory at trade shows, consumer expos, shooting competitions, range days, and industry events nationwide
  • Serve as the primary on-site sales representative at PSA-sponsored and third-party events, driving brand awareness.
  • Engage directly with consumers, dealers, and industry partners to promote PSA products, answer technical questions, and close sales
  • Manage event logistics including booth setup/teardown, product display, signage, and branded collateral
  • Represent the PSA brand with professionalism, energy, and authenticity at all times
  • Travel regularly to PSA retail store locations to deliver structured product training sessions for store associates.
  • Plan, coordinate, and staff in-store events such as Dealer Days, product launch events, meet-and-greets, and promotional activations designed to drive foot traffic and increase retail sales.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials covering new product launches, existing product lines, features, specifications, and competitive advantages
  • Conduct live demonstrations and hands-on training to ensure retail staff can confidently educate and assist customers
  • Partner with retail managers to schedule training visits that minimize disruption to store operations
  • Provide post-training follow-up and ongoing support to retail teams as needed
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of PSA’s full product portfolio including firearms, accessories, uppers, lowers, ammunition, and apparel
  • Act as a resource and subject matter expert for both internal teams and external audiences
  • Other duties as assigned.
