YOUR ROLE The Brand Activations Manager is responsible for bringing the Stio brand to life through real life events, sponsorship activations and immersive experiences that drive awareness, community engagement and deeper connections with consumers. By representing a mountain lifestyle brand, you will reach our core customer in iconic mountain towns across the country, while strategically expanding our footprint in growth markets. This role is critical in identifying how to reach our target audience by activating the brand at select events across the country. This role isn’t just about being present, it’s about creating compelling brand experiences that resonate with the mountain life and uphold our commitment to stewardship.. You’ll own the full lifecycle of our events. This means driving the vision in the office, then shifting gears to lead the charge on the ground—managing resources and connecting authentically with our community in the field. This position is part of the brand marketing team and will work closely with art, wholesale and retail teams. The Brand Activations Manager will report to the Sr. Director, Brand Marketing.
