About The Position

The Brand Activation Manager is responsible for driving brand visibility, trial, and growth within the distribution channel through strategic, compliant, and engaging brand activation events. This part-time role focuses on executing impactful trade and consumer-facing initiatives across on-premise and off-premise accounts while ensuring adherence to all local, state, and federal alcohol regulations.

Requirements

  • Must have valid FL driver’s license, reliable transportation and 100,000/300,000 auto insurance coverage
  • Great organizational skills & punctuality
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilitie
  • Creative problem-solver with a consumer-first mindset
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required for events
  • Willingness to travel within assigned markets using personal transportation
  • Experience working with on-premise (bars, restaurants) and off-premise (retail, liquor stores) accounts
  • Passion for brand storytelling and responsible marketing
  • Ability to exhibit excellent interpersonal relationship skills with customers and the general public

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field would be preferred, but not necessary
  • 1-2 years of experience in brand activation, field marketing, trade marketing, or experiential marketing preferred but not necessary
  • Experience within alcohol, beverage, or consumer goods industries preferred
  • An understanding of the alcohol 3 tier distribution system or open to learning
  • Knowledge of alcohol marketing laws and responsible drinking guidelines or open to learning

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with Sales Rep to ensure proper brands are targeted
  • Manage on-premise and off-premise activations, including tastings (where legally permitted), promotions, events, and point-of-sale execution
  • Work closely with sales teams, and key retail accounts to support brand awareness and trial, helping to support distribution goals
  • Ensure all brand activations comply with alcohol industry regulations, company policies, and responsible marketing standards
  • Gather market insights and competitive intelligence to inform the High-End Brand Department on strategy
  • Must follow instruction
