About The Position

We’re looking for a Brand Manager who brings a general management mindset—someone who can lead cross-functional teams, drive business performance, and execute innovation with excellence. You’ll be responsible for shaping the brand’s future through consumer-centric innovation, rigorous business analysis, and integrated marketing execution. You’ll work closely with Marketing Excellence, Innovation, and Commercial teams to deliver growth across the portfolio. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in brand management in Food or Beauty
  • Strong understanding of digital media, content creation, and consumer engagement.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in marketing performance measurement.
  • Passion for food, innovation, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of the annual brand plan, including innovation pipeline, communications, and commercial activities.
  • Analyze business performance, including market share, household penetration, and drivers of brand gainers and drainers. Translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance) to deliver business objectives and resolve operational challenges.
  • Manage agency partners to deliver integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Oversee shopper marketing, and national promotions to drive brand visibility and conversion.
  • Own brand budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Stay ahead of food trends, consumer behavior shifts, and emerging technologies to inform brand strategy and innovation.
  • Support team development and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
