About The Position

The Brand Activation and Promotions Management Lead drives the end-to-end execution of promotional campaigns, trade shows, and sponsorship customer activations across all channels—ensuring flawless delivery, innovative customer experiences, and measurable business impact. The ideal candidate combines operational rigor with creative problem-solving to bring brand strategies to life and elevate execution at every touchpoint. Your role is part of our regional marketing teams, which is made up of a diverse and dedicated team of marketers, working together to activate brand and customer experience and drive performance in-market. You will work with the Hub, Sales and other teams within your market to implement your plans and optimize activity. When required, you will engage closely with sponsors, partners, agencies, and SMEs, fostering relationships to deliver impactful outcomes for your customers in your market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years' experience in customer activation, marketing, operations or sales enablement roles, preferably in a multi-national matrix organization.
  • Marketing program execution, from promotions, to trade shows to sponsorship activations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to complete flawlessly multiple, high-impact activities simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles: This includes knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and tactics specific to the retail industry.
  • Project and stakeholders' management, working sales and be able to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking ability to find opportunities, pinpoint solutions to complex problems and overcome obstacles.
  • Analytical and financial skills to track, optimize spend, sales lift and return on investment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver all channel, retail, and digital promotional activations on time and within budget, aligned with brand and commercial goals.
  • Track and optimize execution KPIs (e.g., return on investment, uplift vs. baseline).
  • Standardize toolkits and processes across customers/channels to reduce rework and increase speed-to-market.
  • Plan and execute transferable event experiences across trade shows.
  • Ensure events deliver measurable outcomes: customer engagement, lead generation (where applicable), and brand visibility.
  • Manage the operations of sponsorship activations with customers from concept to execution.
  • Continuously test and scale new experience formats for trade show and shelf, AR, digital interactivity, gamification, pop-ups to elevate brand experience. Measure impact.
  • Own end-to-end promotional calendar and vendor management.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline vendor partnerships, reduce costs, and negotiate better service levels.
  • Ensure zero delays in execution timelines across all touchpoints.
  • Drive a test-learn-scale approach across entire operational promotions.
