About The Position

The Branch Warehouse Supervisor at Senox Corporation is responsible for maintaining sales and productivity by ensuring high levels of customer service. Requirements

• Prefer two years' experience in a warehouse setting, although not required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers by phone or in person.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety rules.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds individually and team lift 100 pounds throughout a workday.

Responsibilities

• Create working relationships with the customer base.
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
• Prepare orders by reading customer orders or packing slips and staging items for pickup or delivery.
• Double check orders before they leave for delivery.
• Make timely daily deliveries to customers while maintaining good customer relations.
• Unload product trucks and match shipments with received merchandise.
• Sort and place materials on racks or shelves according to predetermined sequences.
• Assist in counting physical inventory and prepare parcels for mailing.
• Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for salespeople and customer traffic.
• Oversee cleanliness of the branch and perform maintenance duties as needed.
• Perform daily and weekly inspections on company vehicles and equipment.
