Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Amarillo National Bank. Insure friendly, fast and efficient customer service. Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support. Handle being a paying and receiving teller. Process customer deposits, loan payments, money orders, cashier's checks, utilities and reconcilement of above items at end of day. Open new accounts. Understand the account types and documents needed for account opening. Sell and redeem CD's. Issue cash cards and gift cards and assist customer with any questions or problem with card, including fraud. Help customers with Q2 and mobile banking. Handle stop payments, check orders, wire transfers, temporary signature cards and safe deposit boxes and procedures in branch that have safe deposit boxes. Assist with bookkeeping questions and help as needed to serve our customer as efficiently as possible. Act as receptionist/secretary. Prepare monthly bank statements. Issue debit cards and assist customers with problems or issues concerning their cards.
