Branch Support Specialist
About The Position
AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time Branch Support Specialist to provide daily support and mentorship to new and existing Branches and Ops personnel, at the direction of Director of Branch Development by having new branches fully supported for up to 60 days, as well as existing branches who add Sales or Operations employees. This role will support the organization’s growth goals and ensure loans are being originated and processed to the quality standards of AnnieMac. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Branch Development, the job responsibilities of the Branch Support Specialist position include, but are not limited, to the following: Provide daily support to all employees in new branches for up to 60 days. May be required to attend round tables and meetings with prospective new branches. Provide support for sales from file started milestone to Processing. Provide support to new and existing Processors. Oversee the ticket system. Consistent feedback to Training and Development, Director of Branch Development and Senior VP’s, such as but not limited to: branch sales and operations, progress, action items and training needs. Feedback and coaching to loan officers to strengthen file quality. Soft hand off to Branch Liaison once branch is released. Provide loan-level support. Training and coaching via in person, or remotely. Pipeline management. Work hand in hand with the Branch Support Manager.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience processing loans.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of processing requirements for all loan products; knowledge of Company Processing procedures is preferred.
- Ability to use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong knowledge of TRID and RESPA.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively to all organizational levels.
Nice To Haves
- Previous Mortgage Sales or Branch exposure preferred.
- Encompass experience preferred.
