As a full-time Branch Support Specialist, you will be an important point of contact for our members, providing a full range of Credit Union services. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and brings a positive, outgoing approach to each interaction. Because this role temporarily requires travel to multiple branch locations, flexibility, independence, and strong communication skills are essential.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (required)
At least one year of credit union, banking or administrative customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software
Must be bondable

Responsibilities

Managing lobby traffic and greeting members
Answering questions about Credit Union products and services
Assisting new and existing members with account services, loans, and teller transactions
Resolving member concerns and reconciling accounts
Educating members on managing their finances effectively
Identifying opportunities to refer products and services that support member financial well-being
Building strong, supportive member relationships
