Assists new/existing members in selection of services, including loans, cash, and (teller) services. Reconciles member problems and accounts. Builds and strengthens member relationships by matching the member’s financial needs to the Credit Union’s products and services at every opportunity. This position requires someone who is positive and outgoing with excellent communication skills.
