Purpose of Position: To provide a full range of Credit Union services. Describes services offered, answers member questions regarding a variety of services. Assists new/existing members in selection of services, including loans, cash, and (teller) services. Reconciles member problems and accounts. Builds and strengthens member relationships by matching the member’s financial needs to the Credit Union’s products and services at every opportunity. This position requires someone who is positive and outgoing with excellent communication skills. The job specifically entails:

Lobby management
Educate members on how to better manage their money.
Generate sales referrals.
Demonstrate how the Credit Union can improve financial well-being.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be bondable.
• Must possess a working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office or similar software.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year or more of credit union or financial experience in customer contact preferred.
