About The Position
The Branch Support Specialist is an integral part of the sales team, responding to customer inquiries and ensuring customers' needs are met regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for prices & quotations, complaints, returns, shortages, adjustments, and expediting. This position works closely with our Outside Sales team in support of key customers. This position also handles all walk-in customers and their needs. This is an entry-level position meaning no experience is required! Competitive base salary plus commission on every order!
