About The Position
This position is responsible for operational, administrative, and project-related support to ensure the smooth implementation and execution of initiatives within the Branch Banking Division. The Branch Support Specialist provides operational, administrative, and project-related support to ensure the smooth implementation and execution of initiatives within the Branch Banking Division. Working under the guidance of the Branch Support Manager, this role is fully dedicated to project efforts and acts as a liaison between branch staff, project teams, and support functions. The Specialist helps ensure front-line teams receive timely communication, testing assistance, training support, and issue resolution throughout the life of the project. Performs all duties and interacts with internal and external customers in a manner that is expressly aligned with the Company's Core Values of approaching all actions with a 'Voyaging Spirit' and being 'Positively Ohana'.
