Requirements

  • Previous branch job experience in an operational role such as a Customer Service Manager or Branch Services Officer.
  • Working knowledge of IMPACS Savings/Time, CIF, RM, and Steller.
  • Basic PC skills desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, research, organizational, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills are required.
  • Must be able to work rotating Saturdays 8:30 - 1:30pm.

Responsibilities

  • Answers legal and operational questions posed by branch staff.
  • Responds to levies, warrants, summons, subpoenas and IRAs received by the corporation and its subsidiaries.
  • Provides customer service to branches and departments by accurately responding to problems and questions in a timely manner.
  • Supports Legal Processes, Cash Balancing, Reg CC Holds, and achieves satisfactory audits.
  • Provides phone and clerical support for IRA Department as necessary.
  • Participates in special projects as assigned.
  • Functions as a liaison to other support areas when identifying and resolving problems.
  • Clarifies and assists with documentation for new and existing policies.
  • Performs other job related duties as required.
