About The Position

The Branch Supervisor at First Convenience Bank is responsible for providing efficient and friendly customer service, managing cash transactions, and ensuring compliance with bank policies. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of six months cash handling experience in a sales or customer service position.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must successfully pass a background investigation according to company policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly services to customers involving cash transactions.
• Recognize customer needs and suggest appropriate bank services.
• Ensure personal bankers/tellers balance their cash and assist in locating any discrepancies.
• Accountable for personal achievement of monthly new account production goals.
• Guide and assist in the development of personal bankers' growth and sales production.
• Sell and prepare various banking products such as money orders and certificates of deposits.
• Provide bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish-speaking customers.
• Maintain the neatness and organization of the teller area.
