This position will be responsible for the daily teller line operations, including monitoring, coaching, and providing support to the team members. It's imperative that the supervisor set a good example for the team members to follow, so professionalism is expected always. Successfully build and maintain long-term relationships with members and maximize use of Credit Union products and services utilizing consultative sales and superior service in a proactive manner. This position serves as a support to branch leadership and functions as the sole branch leader in the absence of Branch Manager and/or Assistant Branch Manager. This position will be based at our Des Moines, Iowa location, however regional travel to assist other branch locations may occasionally be required.
