Branch Supervisor
About The Position
The Branch Supervisor drives overall performance and operations for an assigned branch. This position is responsible for supporting branch planned profitability, sales, and customer service levels. The role interacts with all levels of staff and departments within IAA and is responsible for maintaining a safe and positive work environment by supervising and mentoring local staff. The Branch Supervisor supervises all office employees and at times depending on the branch size, may also supervise the yard employees. IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA), a Ritchie Bros.
