What You’ll Do: A leader that is committed to maintaining an engaged, high performing team dedicated to improving the financial wellness of our members. Responsible for assisting the Branch Manager with the overall operation of one or more branch locations. Will ensure the branch and/or specific department meets organizational, financial, operational, service and growth goals. Will oversee some functions of the Member Account Representative (MAR) operations. Will assist Branch Manager by supervising, mentoring and working at other designated offices and locations as directed. Act as overall branch leader in the absence of the Branch Manager. Assist in managing all office channels; provide leadership in managing team members, SLA agreements, and ongoing change while leading and supporting Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiatives throughout the office.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Two years working in financial services, including a minimum of one year combined experience working with new accounts, loans and loan processing or equivalent loan related experience
  • One year leadership experience or equivalent leadership training
  • Must be bondable upon hire
  • Valid Driver’s License and insured vehicle
  • Must obtain Notary Seal
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and coaching abilities, fostering an engaged and high-performing team through ongoing development and feedback
  • Proficient in using digital solutions and technology devices (tablets, smartphones, PCs, laptops) and has a basic understanding of Microsoft Office products
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to build rapport and trust, confidently engage with members, and provide clear, supportive guidance to team members
  • Applies business acumen and strategic focus to drive branch growth, manage change, and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Adapts quickly to changing circumstances, demonstrates resilience, and motivates others to embrace new challenges and opportunities

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Previous Royal Credit Union experience
  • FiCEP Certification (CUNA Financial Counseling Certification Program) OR other approved financial counseling certification
