About The Position
California Coast Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Branch Supervisor to join our team in Menifee, CA. This full-time position is pivotal in assisting the Branch Manager to deliver exceptional service, particularly in teller operations, while also focusing on achieving organizational goals and fostering branch growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cultivating relationships within the community and will actively participate in community activities. The Branch Supervisor will play a key role in staff development, implementing policies and procedures, and embracing the credit union's Mission, Vision, and Values. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting service goals, with a required rating of 4.00 or above on a 5-point scale. You will also be expected to meet or exceed established monthly and annual branch sales goals, which may change annually. Specific sales expectations include an annual average goal of $5.2 million in consumer loans, $6.8 million in real estate loans, and acquiring 600 new members annually. Additionally, you will be tasked with achieving a loan penetration rate of 30% for protection products and maintaining a core product ratio of 1.80 products. The Branch Supervisor will also monitor the approved versus funded loans to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
