About The Position
The Branch Specialist (Universal Teller) will be responsible for most or all of the following duties: Establishes relationships with customers and provides consistent superior customer service. Meets assigned cross-sell and referral goals by recognizing appropriate products or services for customers. Processes deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and verifying customer balances. Researches and analyzes customer's account(s) data to resolve customer problems. Balances ATM, vault, and courier and night drop transactions. Assists customers with safe deposit box access and closure. Balances cash drawer within bank guidelines. Opens new customer accounts. This is a full-time position.
