The Branch Services Representative Welcomes Members to the branch, performs their financial transaction, and guides them through a successful and rewarding experience to increase each Member’s profitability potential and to guarantee that every Member, every time, receives a warm and positive experience. Displays Altura Credit Union’s Core Values (Respect, Integrity, Innovation, Passion, and Excellence) to both external and internal Members. Takes ownership of every Member every time and provides “Start to Finish” Member service. A Branch Service Representative (BSR) is typically an entry-level position within Altura’s branch network. As a BSR gains experience and develops skills, they are expected to advance to a Branch Service Representative III position within 12-18 months of hire. This position is for a Branch Services Representative I, Branch Services Representative II, or Branch Services Representative III. If you are offered this position, it would be considered a lateral move therefore, your current pay grade and pay rate would remain the same.
