About The Position

We’re looking for a strong, hands-on leader to run our Omaha branch. As Branch Service Manager, you are responsible for results. You will lead the service team, protect the customer experience, and drive performance. This is not a desk-only role — you’ll lead from the front, work in the field when needed, and hold your team to a high standard. Requirements

  • Proven leadership and management experience
  • Strong communicator who can motivate, coach, and hold people accountable
  • Organized and able to manage people, projects, and time effectively
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of hitting performance targets
  • Professional, high-integrity mindset
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop service technicians
  • Drive service performance and customer retention goals
  • Maintain high service standards through quality control checks
  • Train and ensure proper licensing of team members
  • Manage inventory, equipment, and company vehicles
  • Ensure accurate paperwork, payments, and documentation
  • Partner with Customer Support to ensure customers are scheduled, serviced, and satisfied
  • Step into the field to perform residential and commercial pest control services as needed
