About The Position
EcoShield Pest Solutions, one of the fastest growing pest control companies in the country, is seeking a Branch Sales Professional (BSP) to join our team. Our mission is to provide comprehensive solutions for pest-free living while spreading happiness to our customers, employees, partners, and communities. The ideal candidate will be professional, driven, and motivated to excel in both company goals and customer satisfaction. This role requires a service-oriented individual who can design custom solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client and build long-lasting relationships with customers. As a Branch Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling additional services and general pest control protection to customers through various methods including cold-calls, warm leads, and onsite visits. You will creatively prospect for new sales opportunities and conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations. Your role will also involve preparing job specifications and treatment instructions in accordance with laws and company policies, executing contracts, managing collections on delinquent accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-service. You will be expected to maintain a clean and operational company vehicle while adhering to company policies. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $75,000 to $150,000 annually, along with additional compensation opportunities, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone.
