About The Position

Lifetime Quality Roofing is one of the 100 largest roofing companies in the United States. Over the last 8 years, it has grown from a start-up to over an Eighty-Million-Dollar company annually. Headquartered in Columbus, OH Lifetime has opened several new branches over the last 3 years and has established a national footprint. LQR serves both residential and commercial property owner's roofing and solar needs. Due to rapid expansion and promotion from within, Lifetime is looking for a Branch Sales Manager and future leader to help continue its explosion of growth! Branch Sales Manager Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Branch Sales Manager has direct responsibility of all branch sales operations. This role will oversee Sales Operations, Pre-Production, and Retail. Training and developing a multi level sales team.

Requirements

Required 5-10 years of experience in the roofing industry
Proven experience in a leadership role
Strong background in sales, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team, providing direction and support
Strategic planning experience to develop long-term goals and strategies for the branch
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies to streamline operations and enhance customer experience

Responsibilities

Oversee and guide the sales team to establish sales objectives and quotas for designated territories and clients.
Participate in customer roofing inspections.
Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
Providing training, coaching, and guidance to sales staff to improve their skills and performance.
Monitoring and evaluating sales team performance, providing feedback, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and clients to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
Managing the branch’s budget, expenses, and financial resources effectively.
Generating regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics for management review.
Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to achieve overall company objectives.
Ensuring that the branch operates in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
