Lead your team in building value and ongoing relationships with new and existing industrial B2B customers. Much of your time will be in the field, calling on and developing customers. Our diverse customer base includes food, aggregate, agriculture, general manufacturing, wood products, schools, hospitals, government, and more. Develop your team to meet / exceed sales and profit goals by developing a productive, healthy environment where people want to succeed and grow personally and as a team. Develop, manage & implement service center sales activities & strategies, account assignment & territory management, sales performance goal achievement, margins Hire, train, & develop strong performing team players Identify & evaluate new customers, market conditions, opportunities, competitive pressures Recommend & implement actions to maximize sales, increase margins, expand market share Personal assigned accounts Qualifications: 2+ yrs B2B outside sales experience with a tangible product. 1+ year sales management / leadership experience. Industrial distribution experience a plus Operations and/or P&L experience a plus Attention to detail, strong organizational skills Written & verbal communication including English grammar Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR) High School Diploma or equivalent. Requirements

  • 2+ yrs B2B outside sales experience with a tangible product.
  • 1+ year sales management / leadership experience.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills
  • Written & verbal communication including English grammar
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
  • This position is not eligible for relocation benefits and is expected to be performed on site.
