About The Position

The Branch Channel Analytics Team empowers front-line sales teams by harnessing data, insights, and artificial intelligence to drive effectiveness and impact. We collaborate closely with Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) sales organizations and the CRm Product Owners, ensuring solutions tailor to business needs and align with both Line of Business (LOB) and Product/Technology objectives. Our team brings deep expertise in data science, strategic analytics, and business intelligence, managing analytical processes and data/infrastructure to deliver actionable insights and innovative solutions. By bridging business strategy and data & analytics, we help shape the future of human and AI/ML enabled client engagement and sales performance across our branch network. We seek a strategic, execution-focused Senior Associate to help bridge business strategy, product, and data science to deliver actionable insights and scalable AI/ML solutions for our branches. You’ll empower front-line sales teams by harnessing data, analytics, and artificial intelligence to drive effectiveness and impact. Your work will directly influence client engagement and sales performance strategies across our branch network, helping us deliver solutions that integrate into human-centered workflows and aligned with business objectives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, guide strategic vision, and ensure AI efforts are rooted in robust data, testing, and measurement. This role is ideal for someone who excels at turning insights into action and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data & Analytics, Technology, or other relevant field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in a related data discipline or business strategy role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with project management tools is a plus
  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionality in an ambiguous environment
  • Strategic, problem-solving skills are essential. Must be able to think outside the box to implement creative solutions that solve business problems
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand ways
  • Proven experience designing and implementing AI solutions that prioritize user experience, drive measurable business outcomes, and effectively integrate with human-centric workflows and decision-making processes
  • Proven ability to manage a book of work with multiple concurring projects and to adapt to changing priorities

  • Experience designing/implementing AI/ML solutions that partner with humans at scale
  • Experience navigating product and sales organizations
  • Experience with experimentation techniques, defining success metrics, and go-to-market implementation
  • Experience in strategy consulting, specifically in data related industries
  • Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of Python, R, SQL and data architecture

Responsibilities

  • Partner with data scientists and modelers to drive the design, delivery, and scaling of AI/ML solutions for branch use cases and platform build out
  • Integrate Generative AI within branch platforms using state-of-the-art techniques
  • Act as the bridge between product, business, and data science teams to uncover actionable insights and facilitate productive discussions/decision-making
  • Lead cross-functional projects, managing initiatives from development to execution
  • Implement robust statistical testing and performance monitoring of AI impacts across business lines
  • Deliver clear analytical recommendations, compelling data visualizations, and tailored narratives
  • Design and implement end-to-end strategies that enhance personalized customer experiences
  • Navigate interdependencies and differing priorities across teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Champion data quality, documentation, risk & controls, and analytical rigor in all deliverables
