Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer experience, including product selection and order entry.
• Safely pick products and load customer vehicles.
• Maximize sales opportunities and encourage customer loyalty.
• Adapt communication style to different audiences in person, over the phone, or via email.
• Pick, prepare, and stage will call orders and shipping products.
• Prepare customer backorders and manage stock received.
• Assist with merchandising and showroom replenishment.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain branch appearance.
• Comply with safety guidelines and wear personal protective equipment.
